Service & Support:
All products ordering from DOTCOM will be provided with pre-sales service, after-sales service and training service.
DOTCOM committed to communicate with clients to fully understand their mind and project requirements, offering them the most appropriate and favorable proposal solution。
DOTCOM offer one to two years’ warranty for its products. Clients will enjoy at least 12 month’s free warranty for our products.
Free maintenance will not be offered under below circumstance:
1.Products out of free warranty period;
2.Physical damaged caused by shipment, misuse by users’ etc;
DOTCOM offer lifetime maintenance for our products, if out of warranty period, maintenance is still offered by us but your side would need to bear relative maintenance cost.
Technical support & training service：
DOTCOM engineer would offer free online technical support for our client if needed. And on-site training service is glad to be offered when clients come for a factory visit. DOTCOM engineers going abroad to your local place for installation and maintenance guidance assistance is also workable, but clients should bear all the cost incurred including accommodation, diet, transportation, visa fee and so on.
